- 24 hour emergency service - day or night, you'll never pay a premium fee!
- Priority scheduling - routine service or an emergency situation, you will be scheduled at the earliest possible appointment!
HEATING + BOILER SYSTEMS
- Inspect the heat exchanger surface
- Inspect thermocouple for proper operation
- Inspect all burners for proper operation
- Inspect the flue pipe
- Inspect the inducer and blower motors
- Inspect pilot assembly
- Inspect temperature and pressures
- Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
- Inspect the safety switch and controls
- Inspect thermostat for proper operation
- Inspect drain lines and traps for proper function
- Inspect gas valve
- Inspect zone valves
- Inspect expansion tank
- Inspect aquastat, relay and water regulator
- Inspect air flow across indoor coil and blower wheels (if applicable)
- Inspect air flow
- Lubricate pumps, bearings, and fans (if applicable)
- Test emergency shut offs
- Start and test operation and cycle off
